Your Role * Manage day-to-day bar operations across multiple venues * Lead, train, and motivate a team of student bar staff * Ensure compliance with alcohol licensing and safety standards * Maintain high levels of customer service and team performance * Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination * Handle payment systems and financial procedures * Innovate with drinks menus, promotions, and service ideas ??
