It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love. Maintain and manage official external merchant groups, design group activities and engagement plans, and promote policy guidance and livestreaming knowledge. Manage and maintain internal and external training programs and course resources; maintain the internal course library and AI bot; communicate with regional education teams. Create training promotional materials, assist in developing and optimizing training courses, organize online and offline training sessions, and collect post-training data. Support merchant-side configuration of livestreaming tools and the use of other livestreaming infrastructure-related tools.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or above. Basic skills in video/audio editing and copywriting. Proficient in Excel with basic data analysis abilities. Professional fluency in English reading and writing is required to communicate directly with stakeholders; Proficiency in Italian/Germany/French/Spanish is an advantage for content proofreading. Good project management skills; detail-oriented, highly self-driven, and responsible.Preferred Qualifications Be sensitive to data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool. Have excellent communication skills and good coordination abilities.
