In this role, you’ll re-engage with dormant or unmanaged accounts, uncover new opportunities, and build strong, lasting partnerships. You’ll play a key part in guiding businesses through the PSTN/ISDN switch-off, helping them transition to modern, scalable solutions in connectivity, VoIP, cloud, and security.Key ResponsibilitiesReconnect with dormant or unmanaged accounts, building trust and long-term relationshipsIdentify opportunities for product sales and upselling across our portfolioEducate clients on the PSTN switch-off, positioning us as their trusted migration partnerDeliver tailored solutions in connectivity, VoIP, cloud, and cyber securityPresent proposals, negotiate deals, and close business confidentlyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing supportWhat We’re Looking ForProven account management experience (ideally in tech or telecoms) xwwtmva Strong sales and solution-based selling skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesProactive, positive, and quick-thinking mindsetSkilled negotiator and problem-solverComfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneouslyTech-savvy with CRM systems and sales toolsPlease apply for further details and take the next step in your career as a Desk Based Account Manager with a leading independent MSP
