Transport Administrator – near Coatbridge - Maternity CoverFind out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.Role Purpose:To provide administrative support to the transport department on a maternity cover basis, ensuring the smooth coordination of trucks and other forms of transportation in and out of a busy site.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and organise vehicles and other transportation in and out of the siteMaintain accurate transport and vehicle records (logs, mileage, maintenance)Prepare and process delivery notes, manifests, and transport documentsMonitor fleet compliance and maintenanceUpdate internal systems with transport data and job statusesSupport with reporting and other general administrative tasksSkills & Experience:Strong administrative and organisational skillsGood communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentBasic xwwtmva IT skills (Microsoft Office / transport software preferred)Experience using CYMAN system would be ideal BUT not essentialExperience in transport, logistics, or a similar admin role is an advantageRotating Shift Patterns:4 days on/4 days off - 0600to1800 /1800 to 0600
