This role offers the chance to develop professionally within a well-structured and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be a talented, enthusiastic, and ambitious architect with a strong design focus. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake feasibility studies, capacity assessments, and concept design work for individual projectsInterpret client briefs to identify needs and produce feasibility reports and design proposalsProvide support across projects during early feasibility, concept design, and planning stagesPresent and communicate design concepts and philosophies to clients and local planning authoritiesAdvise on refurbishment, re-use, recycling, and deconstruction strategiesLead projects from inception to completion under the guidance of senior leadership, ensuring innovative and functional design outcomesDevelop design ideas with consideration for client requirements, building usage, and environmental impactPrepare project specifications and ensure adherence to budgets and timelinesEnsure compliance with relevant standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulationsConduct site visits when required, providing status reports and analysisCollaborate with construction professionals throughout project deliveryStay informed of architectural trends and advancementsSkills & QualificationsRecently qualified Architect with a strong portfolio of design work on International projectsDemonstrated commitment to producing high-quality design information with meticulous attention to detailConfident in presenting and communicating design ideas and conceptsGood working knowledge of Revit and Adobe packages, including knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, etcExperience across a variety of sectors is preferredPersonal AttributesCreative and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for designCollaborative team player who thrives in a diverse and stimulating studio environmentInterest in sustainable design is desirableCapable of managing multiple projects and prioritising effectivelyAmbitious and eager to take on responsibility and grow within the practiceEnjoys working in a supportive and inclusive team settingWhat’s OfferedWith a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK and internationally, this opportunity provides a platform for professional growth and career progression.
