As we scale our digital presence, we’re searching for a results-driven Paid Media Manager to supercharge our paid media performance. Role: Paid Media Manager (Hybrid, UK) Own paid search + paid social across Google, Bing, Meta and LinkedIn. Big budgets, big impact, full-funnel responsibility — across Consumer, B2B and Trade. What you’ll doLead PPC strategy and daily optimisationManage campaigns across Google/Microsoft Ads, Meta & LinkedInOwn budget pacing, forecasting + ROICreate high-performing ads, targeting + briefsWork with creative/UX to improve landing journeysTrack performance using GA4, UTMs + conversion eventsRun constant testing to lift efficiency + growthDeliver clear weekly/monthly reporting using GA4 & Supermetrics What you bringStrong Google & Microsoft Ads experienceHands-on Meta + LinkedIn ads managementSolid GA4 skills (events, attribution, funnels)Confident with Supermetrics + Excel/Sheets xwwtmva Experience managing sizeable budgetsAnalytical, organised, proactive + commercially mindedGoogle/Microsoft certifications a plusExperience with PMax, dynamic ads + automated biddingIf you love optimisation, data, and making paid media work harder — this role will give you the freedom, scale and ownership to make a real impact.
