Salary up to £55,000 + Bonus up to £10,000 + Benefits.The organisation has a fantastic heritage and now employs over 50 people in the UK, which heads towards 100 including international employee's that are situated across the globe. They have an unrivalled excellence for their products and quality is at the forefront of everything they do. They are known internationally and their products can be seen typically in very high-end establishments.In line with their expansion plans and to support the shear amount of projects they currently have, they have the need to appoint another Senior Product Design Engineer on a permanent basis.In this role as a Senior Product Design Engineer, you will be responsible for NPI/ NPD projects taking them from concept, to manufacture and final assembly. This will be a hands on role and you will be getting involved in testing, development and prototyping specifically with regards to 3D printing. You will also be expected to support their existing product portfolio which may include modifications and alterations to existing designs and subsequent products.Requirements:Previous experience as a Product Design Engineer, Industrial Design Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer or similarAt least 2 years' experience commerciallyPrevious experience with DFM (ideally Machining or Forging)Experience in full life cycle design, taking products through from concept / ideation through to manufacture This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Product Design Engineer to work for an organisation that has a fantastic culture and fully supports career advancement.
