We are a family run company, specialising in the provision of engineering and lifting solutions. Based in Kettering (near the A14) we offer our services locally and UK wide. Company growth has afforded us the opportunity to expand our talented team.

As a Crane Supervisor, you will be integral to ensuring that jobs are completed safely.

Summary of responsibilities:

  • Oversee crane operations to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with team members and operators to coordinate lifting and moving of all loads
  • Work cohesively with site managers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular inspections of cranes and slinging equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Provide training and guidance to crew members on proper lifting techniques and equipment handling
  • Maintain accurate records of crane operations and report any incidents or issues promptly
  • Travel throughout the UK to supervise a variety of jobs
  • Carry out tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Correctly use and maintain PPE at all times

Required experience:

  • CPCS/NPORS Crane Supervisor Qualified
  • Lifting industry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Benefits:

  • 40-hour work week minimum
  • Frequent overtime available
  • Occasional overnight work (paid above RHA set limit)

Additional requirements:
