As a recognised market leader, we are proud to partner with an impressive client base across both private and public sectors, delivering lasting results in several market sectors, namely:· Energy· Water· Oil and Gas· Defence· Government· Healthcare· Transport· Financial Services· RetailWhy join us?· Work on a wide range of high-profile, complex infrastructure projects across multiple sectors.· Collaborate with senior stakeholders shaping capital delivery strategies for major national programmes. · Help leading organisations optimise their investments for value and efficiency.· Join a growing team with access to diverse, challenging opportunities.· Learn in a supportive, high performing, cross-functional team environment.· Accelerate development through hands-on delivery and access to a structured learning programme.· Work with experts across a broad range of disciplines and sectors.· Be part of a diverse, inclusive and collaborative culture that values excellence and integrity.How you will contribute· Manage the delivery of client facing workstreams, leading teams in the design and delivery of solutions that are end user focused.· Produce high quality outputs with attention to detail and execution.· Support engagement managers on financial and delivery aspects of engagements.· Collaborate across KPMG’s broader service lines to design integrated, client tailored solutions.· Operate within internal governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality assurance.· Monitor emerging trends and industry developments, using insights to shape practical recommendations and contribute to thought leadership,· Lead elements of bids, proposals and wider business development activities.· Act as a role model for an inclusive, collaborative culture aligned with KPMG’s values.Key experience required· Hands-on experience delivering complex infrastructure projects or programmes, either in consulting or industry.· Strong track record in project-based delivery, leading teams across sectors such as energy, water, transport, defence, healthcare, government, financial services, or retail.· Strong understanding and practical application of project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) principles.· Evidence of high performance and career progression.· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.· Confident communicator, able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.· Proficiency with key project tools (e.g. MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Oracle, P6, PowerBI) and knowledge of other proprietary technologies welcomeWhat will set you apart· Professional certifications (APM PMQ/PPQ; MoP; MSP; PRINCE2 etc.)· Experience in:o Digital transformation and technology adoption, including AIo Capital planning or capital portfolio managemento Process and value stream efficiency and optimisationo Organisational readiness and effectivenessOur locationsOur core hubs for this role:· London - Canary Wharf· Manchester· Birmingham· Leeds With 20 sites across the UK, we blend office work, client site and working from home, with flexible hours, and part-time options.
