You’ll ensure delivery of HVAC, process utilities, chilled water, compressed air, and fire protection systems — safely, efficiently, and in line with design, quality, and compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the client’s on-site representative for mechanical worksOversee daily mechanical construction activities, quality, and contractor performanceManage installation of HVAC, process utilities, fire protection, and mechanical plant systemsReview designs, specifications, technical submissions, and installation methodsEnsure compliance with UK building regulations, H&S standards, and project requirementsCoordinate with engineering, quality, electrical, and civil teamsProduce regular site reports, highlighting progress, issues, risks, and solutionCandidate Profile xwwtmva Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or similar8–10 years’ experience in large-scale industrial or manufacturing construction projectsStrong background in mechanical/HVAC/process installation and commissioningGigafactory, automotive, pharmaceutical, or high-tech sector experience desirableExcellent stakeholder, contractor, and project coordination skillsProficient with MS Project or similar toolsCSCS / SMSTS or equivalent safety certification preferred
