Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, we are dedicated to breaking down barriers and supporting learners to build the confidence and skills they need to thrive.Whether you're an experienced teacher in the one or more of the subject areas above, new to teaching, returning to the profession, or bringing relevant industry experience, we welcome your application. You can teach one or more subject areas, and we offer a supportive environment focused on learner success and personal development.Skills & ExperienceThe ideal candidate must have the following;A recognised Level 5 teaching qualification as well as a level 5 subject specialism in ESOLExperience of teaching ESOL in a further education college and evidence of the ability to teach effectively.Willingness to work flexibly to deliver a student focused curriculum (including working up to two evenings a week).Commitment to an inclusive education.We are an inclusive and welcoming college that is highly responsive in meeting the needs of our students.
