This is a brilliant opportunity for a skilled Maintenance engineer with a track record of high level task performance, team support and implementing improvements. Role Description * Lead and mentor an engineering team * Supervise and support with PPM, reactive and breakdown maintenance * Identify and implement improvements to enhance performance and reliability * Lead small to medium sized engineering projects * Maintain accurate record of engineering activity * Ensure optimum levels of stocks are maintained * Act as a CMMS Superuser for the team Skills and Qualifications * Full Maintenance Engineering apprenticeship * Industrial Engineering Background * Track record of experience with supporting teams and developing staff * Qualified up to HNC level * Strong skills both mechanically and electrically Company Information As a business our client is a true market leader within their industry with a strong presence across the UK.
