Job Reference: 707 Job Title: Technical Services Manager Salary: £75,000Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.- £80,000 per annum Location: Reading, Berkshire Job Type: Technical/ Engineering Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm Job Summary Were hiring on behalf of our client for a passionate Technical Services Manager to contribute to their continued success.Your responsibilities will include leading maintenance activities, ensuring tenant requests and PPMs are preformed to company standards If you're someone who is a strong leader and a solid background in building services, dont miss this opportunity.Our client are specialists in operating small to large-scale living, commercial and mixed-use developments.Key Responsibilities Lead on maintenance activities, ensuring tenant requests and PPMs are performed to company standards Oversee hiring, training, and development of the engineering team (via supplier partners) Develop building maintenance standards in line with its accreditations Assist in procurement of utilities and manage occupier recharging Lead the Net Zero in Operation strategy, reducing landlord MEP consumption Manage MEP, vertical transportation, IT, and network consultants Become the lead for the BMS application, ensuring efficient operation Maintain and update the asset register and SOPs Monitor supplier contract performance, SLAs, and KPIs Conduct routine inspections of the building and contractor works Maintain critical spare stock and establish a risk register with mitigation measures Requirements Demonstrable experience in property management, hard FM, or engineering services (commercial offices focus preferred) Experience onboarding properties at practical completion and managing the defects/aftercare process Comprehensive knowledge of building maintenance and compliance Strong understanding of statutory and legal requirements (ideally with L8, IOSH, and/or working toward NEBOSH) Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues A collaborative, team-player attitude Flexibility to work varied schedules Whats on Offer £75,000- £80,000 per annum 25 Days Holiday Company Pension Scheme (NEST) Cycle to Work Scheme 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme Westfield Health Cash Plan Life Assurance Referral Scheme Paid Volunteer Time If you live in and around the Reading area this could be the role for you.Ready to take the next step in your career? xwwtmva Apply today and help us shape the futured02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
