BIM Design Engineer Life Sciences Project | Surrey | £85K£90K Package Were partnering with a leading international M&E contractor renowned for delivering high-specification data centre and pharmaceutical projects across the UK and Europe.While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.Due to continued project growth, they are now seeking a BIM Design Engineer to join their team on a large-scale life sciences facility in Surrey.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Tier 1 engineering contractor known for their technical excellence, career development, and consistent project pipeline across critical sectors.Key Responsibilities Support the design and coordination of complex MEP systems using BIM technologies.Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure accurate model delivery.Manage design reviews, clash detection, and coordination between disciplines.Assist in developing detailed models, drawings, and documentation to meet project standards.Maintain BIM workflows and ensure data integrity throughout project stages.Requirements 5 years experience in MEP design coordination or BIM engineering.Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.Experience on large-scale life sciences, data centre, or high-tech projects.Excellent communication and collaboration skills. xwwtmva Must be able to work 45 days on site (no hybrid working).Whats on Offer £85K£90K (DOE) full benefits package Long-term pipeline of major technical projects across the UK & Europe Opportunity to grow with a company that invests heavily in people and technologyd02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
