We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager on a full time, permanent basis to oversee multiple offshore construction projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery. You will liaise with clients, lead the construction function, and drive process improvements to enhance Nexos' capabilities as a leading EPC contractor.
In this role, you will manage construction procedures, work scope packaging, and governance processes while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You will drive innovation, efficiency, and cost savings across all contracts, supporting tenders, reviewing documentation, and attending constructability reviews.
Additionally, you will oversee resource planning, performance tracking, and compliance with digital systems like Slingshot. As the key contact for commercial matters, you will ensure alignment with client expectations and project KPIs.

Skills & Qualifications:
- NVQ, Degree or City and Guild qualification.
- Extensive experience years in the industry in a similar role desired.

- Extensive proficiency in managing successful teams.
- Proven ability in delivering complex construction projects in the energy industry.
