About the Role:

As an Industrial Refrigeration Service Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of branch operations, ensuring exceptional service standards while maintaining full P&L accountability. You will play a key role in delivering industrial refrigeration service solutions, working closely with senior management to implement strategies that enhance productivity, efficiency, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team delivering industrial refrigeration service solutions, including field service, maintenance, and spare parts sales.
  • Oversee branch operations, including customer service, sales, and HR functions.
  • Develop and implement business strategies, forecasts, and financial objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate policies.
  • Drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain branch facilities to support the industrial refrigeration service business.
Financial & Operational Oversight:
  • Track and achieve financial targets, including revenue, margins, and EBIT.
  • Manage budgets for industrial refrigeration service operations and overheads.
  • Oversee procurement, invoicing, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records for WIP and ERP system requirements.
Communication & Relationship Management:
  • Engage with customers, service providers, and industry stakeholders in the industrial refrigeration sector.
  • Address customer and employee concerns promptly to maintain high service standards.
  • Share insights on best practices, market trends, and business opportunities with other branches and senior management.
What You Bring:
  • Industrial refrigeration experience is essential.
  • 5+ years of experience in the service industry, ideally within industrial refrigeration.
  • Engineering qualifications or technical certifications (advantageous).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • Confident, self-driven, and results-oriented leader.
  • Strong customer focus and organizational skills.
  • Solid technical and professional knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems.
