Lead Data Engineer BristolConsidering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply.- Mostly from home with the requirment to be in Edinburgh a couple of times a month Permanent £90,000 plus benefits such as 20% pension, 40 days holiday, private healthcare, share scheme and much more iO Associates are working with an established reputable Private Investment company are on the lookout for an experienced Data Engineer to join them on a permanent basis As the Lead Data Engineer, you will develop a multi sourced data model that can be used to create and deliver specific reporting data models You will also play a pivotal role in architecting scalable data solutions, driving engineering best practices, and be responsible for guiding the technical direction of the team, ensuring data quality and governance, and influencing the broader data strategy To be successful, you will have: Several years of experience in data and analysis Proven experience leading data engineering initiatives and teams in complex, data-rich environments.Deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure Stack and modern data architecture patterns.Experience with data & analytics platforms (e.g.MS Fabric).Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data orchestration tools (e.g.Azure Data Factory). xwwtmva Experience with data visualisation tools, ideally Power BI, and delivering data models that support self-service analytics.They're big on expertise, not hierarchy, so you'll be trusted with more responsibility while supported by everyone around you.You'll be encouraged to grow at every career stage in the direction that interests you with amazing support and training plus a tailored career progression plan The goal for this position is to progress into a principal, and then Head of, role and lead/manage the team alongside the Head of Engineering Please apply using the link or get in touch on / email me on r.long @ .uk
