A leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor that operate a number of longterm electrical and energy frameworks across the London Boroughs have an opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their team in Sizewell.Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.Must have civil engineering experience from electrcial/energy The company have achieved considerable organic growth over the past five years and are well placed to offer ambitious contracts managers the change to progress their careers within in a supportive and diverse business.The Role Reporting to the Contracts Director the Contracts Manager will lead teams to deliver results.and will be responsible for: Maintenance of existing assets Managing schemes Monitoring and administering the contract and working with QS'S to manage costs Driving performance improvement in relations to safety promoting a zero tolerance towards accidents and by instilling Leading and ensuring delivery of the Contract Delivery of Contract Budget and Forecast Developing and maintaining key client relationships Driving performance improvements within the contact and share best practice across the business Experience Required The successful Contracts Manager will be able to demonstrate experience as a Contracts Manager within the energy xwwtmva and electrical team.Knowledge of Construction, Design & Management (CDM) regulations Knowledge of network management (NRWSA), permitting systems and the framework of the energy and electrical Skills/Knowledge Health & Safety IOSH or equivalent Certified IT Literate Word Excel, Project and PowerPoint Qualifications CSCS Qualification SMSTS / IOSH or equivalent Certified
