This is a permanent position based in their Glasgow office, working closely with a well established team of Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.About the role You will support the advice process from start to finish, ensuring clients receive a high quality and efficient service. Responsibilities include processing new business, managing Letters of Authority, preparing client review packs and meeting materials, updating client records and liaising with clients and product providers. Accuracy and strong organisational skills are essential.About you You must have at least one year of experience in a similar role within an IFA practice or comparable financial planning environment. You should be confident working with financial planning systems, familiar with regulatory requirements and comfortable handling a busy and varied workload. Clear communication and a proactive approach are important.Package and benefits The role offers a competitive salary from £26,000 to £34,000 depending on experience. The benefits package includes pension, death in service, private medical insurance, generous holiday entitlement and full exam support including study materials and paid exam fees.Training and progression You will have access to structured development and opportunities to progress within the wider organisation.
