My client, a medium sized privately owned housing developer is looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a project based in Norwich. The scheme will consist of 120 units, consisting of all traditional new build units, with a mix of private sale & HAFind out more about the daily tasks, overall responsibilities, and required experience for this opportunity by scrolling down now.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager who wants to move away from a PLC developer. Duties,ASM, reporting to the SSM/SM/or PMSupporting the day to day running of the schemeDepending on experience will be looking after external or internal packagesProviding clear direction to the on-site construction team regarding responsibilities and targetsEnsuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programmeProviding accurate and regular reports on progress and datesControlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditureDriving through quality at every stage of the construction processEnsuring the development pass internal and external inspection processesEnsuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered toTaking responsibility for self-development and the development of othersMonitoring and controlling the quality of production and approve stage completions to payments to subcontractorsNHBC stage inspectionsHandovers/CMLSQualifications,Experience of working on traditional xwwtmva build schemesMust have new build housing experienceExperienced ASM working as part of a full production teamExperience of being part of a NHBC/LABC Award winning teamWorking as part of a full production teamCSCS, First AidScaffold awarenessBenefits:Competitive payFuel AllowanceHolidayHealthcareBonus structureCompany car/car allowance can be discussed
