About the Role

As Principal Legal Recruiter, you will take ownership of client relationships, oversee high-level recruitment processes, and play a key role in driving the growth of our business. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong background in legal recruitment or executive search, who thrives on building relationships and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms and legal professionals, acting as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in legal recruitment, executive search and talent acquisition.

  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on delivering value to clients and candidates.
