Why Join Us?Monitor, detect, and respond to security threats across multiple domainsConduct incident response and forensic investigationsEnhance detection capabilities and lead threat hunting initiativesCollaborate with IT, digital teams, and managed service providersBe part of a forward-thinking team driving cyber resilience Our motto is 'bigger, better, broader' — a reflection of our ambition to grow bigger, deliver better, and reach broader horizons.What You’ll Be DoingPerform triage, analysis, and response actions to security alertsConduct cyber incident response including forensic analysis and reportingEnhance detection capabilities across endpoint, network, and SIEM platformsApply threat intelligence and lead threat hunting activitiesSupport vulnerability and access management operationsMentor junior analysts and advise technical teamsWhat You’ll BringCrowdStrike expertise is essential - hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon for endpoint detection and response2-3 years’ experience in SOC or incident handlingHands-on experience with monitoring tools and alert analysisKnowledge of forensic techniques, incident response, and blue team defence strategiesFamiliarity with threat hunting and detection engineeringCoding/scripting skills (advantageous)Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to stay calm under pressureQualifications: Degree not required (BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or similar is a plus) Professional certifications (GCIA, GCIH, GCTI, GMON, CISSP) beneficialLocation & SalaryHybrid - based at any RAC office (Bristol, Manchester, Midlands) with full flexibility and no fixed office days.Salary aligned with market rates and experience.
