Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our team in Mallusk. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks within a dynamic production environment.
Key Responsibilities/ candidates must have experience in
- Soldering
- Production Machine Operation: Operate production machinery efficiently and safely.
- Cable Loom Assembly: Assemble cable looms to specified standards.
- Mechanical Assembly: Perform mechanical assembly tasks as required.
- Software Replication: Assist in software replication processes.
- Kit Building: Build kits according to production schedules and quality standards.
- Packing: Pack finished products for distribution.
- LEAN Manufacturing Programs: Participate in LEAN Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
- Portfolio Management: Work across multiple portfolios to meet production targets.
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the production team.
Desirable Requirements
- Production Environment Experience: Previous experience working in a production environment.
- Electronic Equipment Experience: Experience working with production electronic equipment.
- PCBA Experience: Familiarity with Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs).
- PC Literacy: PC literate with ECDL or equivalent certification desirable.
- Good Dexterity: Strong manual dexterity.
- Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
- Process Adherence: Ability to follow work instructions and adhere strictly to processes
Hourly Rate: £11.75, paid on a weekly basis
