Key Responsibilities:


  • Purchase and sale of commercial premises.
  • Agreements for lease, leases and lease renewals.
  • Lease assignments.
  • Portfolio management.
  • Bank lending and refinancing.
  • Assisting with property elements of corporate transactions.


Requirements:


  • We are looking for a newly qualified commercial property associate, who has had significant commercial property experience during their training contract.
  • Ability to support two partners and independently manage own caseload.


Must haves:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently on own caseload.


Desirable:

  • Residential property experience.
  • Residential lease extensions.
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Leasehold enfranchisement.
