Job Description Were currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established, family-run business near Stafford Youll join a small, supportive engineering team working on a modern, farm-based production site, helping to keep essential machinery and systems running smoothly.If you want to know about the requirements for this role, read on for all the relevant information.Were looking for someone electrically biased, with an 18th Edition qualification and experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment.This is a great fit for an engineer who enjoys hands-on work in a practical, non-corporate setting, with real variety, job stability, and room to progress.This is a Full-Time, Permanent position What youll be doing Planned and reactive maintenance Work as part of a team doing a mix of both Electrical and Mechanical repairs Maintenance of Filling Machines, Wrapping Machines, Inverters, Labelling Machines, Robotics, Pneumatic Systems, Conveyors, Motors, PLCs, Gearboxes, Valves, Pumps etc Aim to maximise performance and reduce production downtime Monitor any malfunctioning equipment and report to site management Machinery installations Facilities maintenance Ensure the site is operating safely at all times Hours 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 8am-8pm Pay £38,000 per annum overtime- OTE of up to £50,000 Skills/Experience Required At least 12 months electrical engineering experience Experience from a production/ manufacturing/ industrial environment preferred 18th edition is essential Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal An understanding of Health & Safety Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads Benefits Weekly pay 28 days holiday Company Pension Staff Discount Free on-site parking Overtime available Training provided Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).All applicants must be commutable to Stafford.What to do next If youre interested in this role, please apply and we will be in touch xwwtmva Modus Personnel are acting as an employment agency on behalf of our client.
