CNC Setter Programmer

We are Recruiting on behalf of our client based in Dudley for an experienced CNC Setter with strong turning experience to join our production team.Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.The role involves setting and operating CNC machines, working primarily with Mazatrol controls, alongside some Fanuc and Siemens systems.Experience with bar feeders, automatic bar feeders, and Gatling systems is required.Milling knowledge is beneficial but not essential.Key Responsibilities Set and operate CNC lathes with Mazatrol, Fanuc, and Siemens controls (primarily Mazatrol).Configure barfeeders, automatic barfeeders, and Gatling systems for production.Ensure accurate setting to meet quality standards and production targets.Carry out first-off checks and monitor output for consistency.Support continuous improvement in processes and machine efficiency.Maintain a safe and clean working environment.Requirements Proven CNC setting experience with a focus on turning.Strong knowledge of Mazatrol controls (essential), with exposure to Fanuc and Siemens desirable.Experience with barfeeders, automatic barfeeders, and Gatling loading systems.Milling experience useful but not essential.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. xwwtmva Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Hours of Work: Monday Thursday: 8:00am 4:15pm Friday: 8:00am 3:30pmd02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
