This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join an established property developer that offers many years of continues work. The scheme will consist of over 200 residential units from 2-5 bedrooms. Potential of a further phase after too. The ideal candidate should have experience running timber frame / traditional build projects from groundworks to completion.
