Location: Home and field-based (UK) – with travel to client sites as requiredApply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.Package: £45 - 50,000 base + car allowance + uncapped OTE (approx. 50% of base) + full benefitsAt tmGroup we’re redefining how Law Firms manage complex real estate transactions through cutting-edge Conveyancing and LegalTech solutions.Our technology empowers the UK’s leading Commercial Real Estate teams including Top 100 and international firms, to work smarter, stay compliant and deliver outstanding client service.Following record growth in 2024 and continued momentum in 2025, we’re expanding and are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Commercial & Real Estate team.What You’ll DoThis is a key new role will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our portfolio of high-value Law Firm clients.You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior legal professionals, ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving retention and identifying opportunities to expand our solutions across their Real Estate practices.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of leading Commercial Real Estate Law Firms, ensuring client satisfaction, engagement and long-term retention.Build deep partnerships with senior stakeholders, understanding their business needs, challenges and growth priorities.Lead regular review meetings and strategy sessions (both virtual and face-to-face) to deliver insights, performance updates and recommendations.Deliver tailored training and onboarding sessions to maximise adoption of our Conveyancing and LegalTech solutions.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, introducing new tools and services that enhance client workflows and compliance.Collaborate with the Commercial & Real Estate Director and wider team to achieve quarterly retention and revenue growth targets.Travel to client sites to provide on-site training and support.Represent tmGroup at meetings, industry and networking events across the UK.About YouProven experience in Account Management / B2B Sales, ideally within Legal, Property or Professional Services.Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, able to engage confidently with Partners, C-Suite, Directors and other senior stakeholders.Commercially astute, consultative and adept at identifying opportunities for value-added growth.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused and professional approach, integrity and discretion.Able to demonstrate solid evidence of consistently achieving targets and SLAs.Highly self-motivated, driven and organised, with a proactive approach.Resilient working under pressure and skilled at managing multiple priorities.Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, field-based environment.A background of partnering with Law Firm clients will be a big plus.What We OfferCompetitive base salary (£45,000–£50,000) plus car allowance and uncapped OTE (approx. 50% of base).25 days’ holiday (rising with service), pension, and flexible benefits.The opportunity to work with a prestigious client portfolio generating over £18–£20 million annually.Ongoing professional development and clear career progression pathways.A collaborative, high-performing team proud to be one of the top LegalTech providers to the UK’s Commercial Real Estate Legal market.Exciting product and technology enhancements ahead — including AI-driven tools to further streamline legal property workflows. xwwtmva At tmGroup we’re empowering legal professionals to deliver faster, smarter and more compliant real estate transactions.If you’re passionate about building lasting client partnerships and driving success in a forward-thinking environment, we’d love to hear from you
