Director Salary & Benefits

Director Job Overview

  • Oversee daily operations across various departments, ensuring efficiency and optimal resource allocation
  • Play an integral role in expanding and developing the Bristol office (currently a team of 15)
  • Contribute to the company's operational strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
  • Develop, maintain, and expand client relationships and frameworks
  • Represent the company at networking events to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities
  • Ensure the business achieves its targets, mission statements, and strategic objectives
  • Lead key client commissions and frameworks, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Work closely with other senior management team members to coordinate business development initiatives
  • Report directly to Executive Directors on business development, marketing strategies, and planned activities

Director Job Requirements

  • Strong background in Project Management, Building Surveying, or Quantity Surveying within a consultancy environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage resources, and drive team performance
  • A commercially astute individual with the ability to identify new revenue opportunities and maximise existing client relationships
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent financial acumen, including a solid understanding of fee management and cost control
  • Experienced in recruitment, selection, and team development
  • Proven ability to lead teams on complex, large-scale projects across multiple offices and disciplines
