Responsibilities include:Reconciling and processing transactions across client & insurer payments, payaways, and bordereauxManaging your own workload to meet agreed service levels and quality standardsBuilding strong relationships across IBA departments and broker teams to resolve queries quicklySupporting audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiativesEnsuring compliance with FCA client and insurer money rules, identifying and recording any breachesWhat We’re Looking ForWe want someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings:Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsInitiative and adaptability, with the confidence to embrace changeThe ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills to influence and build relationships across the businessQualifications & ExperienceFinancial experience in an insurance broking environment is desirableGCSE Maths and English (grade 5 or above) or equivalent requiredKnowledge of Client Money (CASS 5) is an advantage, but not essentialWhy Join Us?This is more than just a finance role — it’s a chance to be part of a team that protects clients, supports brokers, and drives improvement across the business.
