Multiskilled Engineer Location: Commutable from Boston, Spilsby, Skegness, Horncastle, Sleaford, Spalding, Woodhall Spa, and surrounding areas.Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.A major supplier of chilled, frozen, and ready-to-eat produce for the UK retail and food-service industry is seeking a Multiskilled Engineer to join its engineering team.This is an excellent opportunity within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where reliability, quality, and continuous improvement are at the core of operations.Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of factory machinery.* Respond promptly to breakdowns to support production and minimise downtime.* Work with conveyor systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic 3-phase electrics.* Maintain accurate engineering and maintenance records.* Ensure compliance with strict Health & Safety and food-safety standards.Key Requirements * Proven multiskilled engineering experience within manufacturing or food production.* Strong understanding of conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and 3-phase systems.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.* Proactive, safety-focused, and able to perform effectively under pressure.Shift Pattern: * 4 on / 4 off days or * 4 on / 4 off nights * Salary: £43,000-£48,000 overtime As you know over here at Zest we like to do things properly and always want to keep you, the candidate in the loop. xwwtmva Applying to this 'one of a kind' role you give Zest permission to hold your information.If you want to know more about how Zest look after your personal information please visit our privacy policy on the website
