We’re looking to hire three Network Installation Engineers across junior to senior levels. The role offers a good mix of field work, customer interaction and hands-on technical installation.If you enjoy practical engineering, building and installing network systems, and want a role where every day looks a little different, this could be a strong fit.Why this role stands outCareer progressionClear paths to move from junior to senior, with supported training and certifications.Hands-on technical workYou’ll be involved in installing wireless networks, RF systems, CCTV, masts, routers and core networking equipment.Field-based varietyYou’ll travel across the UK, gain exposure to different sites and environments, and receive a company van and the tools you need.Opportunities for senior engineersSenior hires will lead installations, act as the main technical contact and support junior team members.Key responsibilitiesInstall and commission networking and communications infrastructureBuild and fit steelwork, bracketry, masts and associated equipmentInstall, configure and troubleshoot wireless radios, routers, CCTV and core network devicesProduce commissioning reports and technical documentationProvide progress updates to Project Managers and Engineering ManagersLiaise with customers on requirements and site updatesMentor junior team members (senior level)Maintain vehicles, tools and PPEWhat we’re looking forExperience installing or maintaining networking equipmentBasic understanding of wireless technologiesAble to work at height xwwtmva and outdoorsFull UK driving licenceStrong problem-solving skills and good practical judgementSalary and benefits£25,000–£35,000 depending on experienceOTE £30,000–£40,000 with overtimeCompany van and fuel cardTools, PPE and training providedPension schemeShare ownership scheme (after qualifying period)Working patternStandard hours: 8:30am–5:30pm, with some flexibility depending on project schedulesTravel across the UK with occasional overnight staysOffice attendance in Newbury when not on-siteApply Now
