At this unique and incredibly exciting period of growth, we are looking for a high performing Sales Manager to lead our North America team.Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.Over the last 2 years since the team has been established it has grown 10X from a $700,000 business to a $7m business in revenue terms. We have ambitious but realistic plans to grow 30% in 2026 and we're looking to find the right sales leader to continue on this incredible trajectory.Day to day in this role looks like:Leading, motivating, and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer service.Working closely with senior stakeholders in our partner organisations to ensure mutual successSetting clear goals, growing performance, and driving continuous improvement in sales processes and outcomes.The role is based in our UK office in Leeds, and to suit our customers in the North American market, the working hours for the role are 12:30 to 20:30 UK time.Our values of Customer First, One Team and Strive for Better are key to how we work, everyday.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Development: Manage, coach, and support a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets with a One Team mentality.Pipeline & Forecasting: Oversee team pipeline activity, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM data management.Customer Relationship Management: Working closely with senior stakeholders within our partner organisations.
