You will contribute to a broad range of projects, from initial research and site appraisals to application preparation, community engagement, plan promotion, and planning appeals in the residential, commercial and environmental sectors. You will also assist with project coordination and management, ensuring projects run smoothly.The Town Planning team principally focus on residential-led developments, including new town settlements, garden villages and exciting regeneration projects as well as mixed-use, industrial/commercial and retirement housing schemes.
