At Dandara we believe the best ideas come from our people working together.Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.We strive to look forward in all we do, with integrity and passion.We want to recruit the best people to contribute to our goals and build our businesses.We put our customers first, we empower our people, and we support the communities in which we build.Our Eastern division is growing and with 3 sites due to start imminently we have a new vacancy for a Quantity Surveyor in our rapidly expanding Eastern region Key Responsibilities: Prepare site budgets, cost reports, and CVRs.Manage subcontract procurement, payments, and final accounts.Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.Provide commercial support and cost advice to site teams.Attend project review meetings and contribute to cost planning and control.About You: 2–3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a recognised UK housebuilder.Proven ability to manage costs and contracts independently.Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.Self-motivated and a team player.Why Dandara?
