You will be helping our work happen across the charity; enabling us to care for and champion the rights, needs and ambitions of the people we support.Maximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.The RoleTo compile and transform Together Trust’s workforce data into actionable insights that shape strategic decision-making and support smooth functioning of internal workforce systems.Hours: 37.5Contract: Fixed Term (13 months)Location: Hybrid (Cheadle/Remote)Salary: £34,653 - £38,388Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Work with internal stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, advising on suitable data models and methodology as appropriate to organisational needsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and security across workforce reporting platformsConduct trend analysis and forecasting, identify patterns and presenting findings via visualisations and written reportsDesign and maintain appropriate dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights, consolidating data from multiple sources and using a variety of data analysis tools including Excel pivot tables, power queries, and Power BIEnsure reporting complies with data protection policies and LegislationRespond to internal helpdesk enquiries relating to workforce systems issue resolving routine enquiries where appropriate or escalating as necessaryTo support with the management of workforce systemsUndertake any additional project work or ad hoc tasks – as assigned by senior colleagues, commensurate with the level of the roleAbout YouDegree level qualification in a related field (project management qualification / Business/ Data Analyst qualification is desirable)Experience of data analysis and data inputProficiency with reporting and visualisation tools including Power BIExcellent knowledge of MS office Suite particularly MS ExcelFamiliarity with SQL is desirableKnowledge of a variety of IT packages e.g. Excel access (expert ECDL or equivalent level of IT skills)Extensive experience of collating and interpreting complex data for presentationExperience of delivering briefings and training to staff and managersUnderstanding of workforce KPIs and metricsWillingness to learn and acquire new skillsBenefitsAnnual Leave 27 day holiday plus 8 days bank holidays rising to 30 after 5 years, 33 days after 10 yearsGenerous pension scheme and death in service benefit, up to 7% company pension contributions initially rising with length of service and up to 6 x basic salary death in service benefit.Occupational sick pay and family friendly policies including enhanced maternity, paternity and adoptive leave.Reward and Discount platform offering discounts at high street shops, travel, insurances etc.Eligibility to apply for Blue Light cardProud to be a real living wage employerRefer a friend scheme, be rewarded for recommending a friend to work with usComprehensive training and development opportunities, including apprenticeship qualificationsLong service awards including cash gifts and extra holiday.Promotion of Wellbeing across the organisation including Mental Health First Aiders offering wellbeing support from trained colleague and free weekly yoga session in person or onlineAccess to our Employee Assistance Programme for you and adults at your homeWe welcome applications from individuals who have the right to work in the UK.
