Job Description: Lead Maintenance EngineerStonehouseCirca £50,000 + Overtime (1.5x, Sunday 2x) + 10% Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension (Employer Up to 7%)Double Days - Monday to Friday 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00Lead Maintenance Engineer required for a renowned food manufacturer with a global presence. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to step into a lead position within a supportive team who can offer development and progression.The Lead Maintenance Engineer role would suit multiskilled engineers with experience of working in a FMCG environment. You will have PLC fault finding experience and will hold a relevant apprenticeship (or equivalent).The Lead Maintenance Engineer role is a hands-on position responsible for leading planned maintenance and fault diagnostics. You will work in a pair and will act as the technical authority on the shift.The Lead Maintenance Engineer Role:· Technical lead on site per shift – driving continuous improvement, mentoring the team and coordinating maintenance activities· PPMs and Reactive Maintenance· Working with conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, PLCs etc.· Support the installation of new equipment· Shift handoversThe Lead Maintenance Engineer Candidate:· Experienced multi skilled engineer· Experience in a FMCG environment (or similar)· Apprentice trained (or equivalent)
