We currently have the following opportunity: Head Teacher (PKC)£81,Tulloch Primary School Are you an enthusiastic and inspiring leader with the skills, confidence and energy to make a positive impact on the lives of our children? We are seeking someone who can lead our school community, develop learning and teaching and ensure that all pupils achieve their full potential. Ideally, you will have experience in a senior leadership post with full understanding of leading improvement across a school. You should be able to talk about your leadership skills and the impact the improvement activity has had on outcomes for learners. You should have experience of leading a team. This could include leading a working group or staff team to drive improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of our larger urban schools, to support the school community to demonstrate the school values of courage and compassion. This post is supported by a school leadership team including two Depute Head Teachers, a Principal Teacher of the Intensive Support Provision, and a Senior Early Childhood Practitioner. You will also be supported by your QIO, be linked with a peer Head Teacher who will be your Critical Colleague, and have access to a Head Teacher induction programme, the Leading Change Programme.Additional Information:
