Our client, a prestigious and innovative firm known for delivering exceptional financial and tax services, is seeking an experienced Personal Tax Manager to join their expert team.About the Role: As a Personal Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from high-net-worth individuals to business owners and executives. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive tax advice, ensuring compliance, and optimising tax efficiency for clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior partners, providing strategic input and driving growth within the tax department. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee a varied portfolio of personal tax clients. Provide expert tax planning and advisory services to clients, tailored to their individual needs. Prepare and review personal tax returns, ensuring compliance with current tax legislation. Identify opportunities for tax efficiencies and provide proactive advice. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact. Keep up-to-date with the latest tax regulations and industry trends. Assist in the development and mentoring of junior staff members. About You: ACA/ACCA/CTA/ATT (OR QBE) with a strong background in personal tax. Proven experience managing a portfolio of personal tax clients. In-depth knowledge of current UK tax legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver results.
