Production OperatorEast KentWe have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operator to join a busy and well-established manufacturer in East Kent. This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week on a seven-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.What's on offer: * Pension scheme * Private healthcare (including dependents) and death in service cover * Annual performance bonus * Free on-site parking * On-site gym and restaurant * Career development and training opportunitiesThe role:You will be responsible for the daily coordination of manufacturing activities. This includes setting up, operating, controlling, monitoring, and cleaning a range of process equipment to ensure high-quality finished goods.
