ESTATES DIRECTOR - UP TO £410/day (via umbrella) - BIRMINGHAM - ONSITE - ASAP START DATE Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a long-standing client who are recruiting for a full-time Estates Director for a 4 month temporary assignment to cover absence within the team offering up to £410/day (via umbrella) Responsibilities: Lead the Estate Management team.Ensure the building is a high-quality, safe place to work, shop, visit and live.Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.Support marketing and business improvement activities.Oversee all health & safety and environmental responsibilities.Manage suppliers and contractors.Monitor budgets, service charges, and financial performance.Handle tenant performance reporting and surveys.Deal with customer issues quickly and professionally.Promote occupancy, community engagement and ESG initiatives.Provide monthly reporting to the landlord/client. Requirements: Excellent people and stakeholder management skills.Strong strategic management experience in a large, prestigious asset.Real estate / mixed-use property experience (10+ years).Experience managing big Capex projects and service charge budgets.Good financial understanding (P&L, reporting).Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
