My Cardiff client is a fast-growing business dedicated to delivering exceptional products and outstanding customer experiences. As they continue to expand their digital presence, they are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of online sales channels and accelerate growth.The RoleAs the Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving online revenue, optimising the customer journey, and managing daily ecommerce operations. You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure their digital strategy supports big-picture business goals. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy across all digital platformsManage the day-to-day operation of the online store, ensuring exceptional site performance and usabilityOwn the product catalogue, promotions, and merchandising strategyOptimise conversion rates, AOV, and customer lifetime valueAnalyse data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunitiesCoordinate with internal teams on stock levels, logistics, and customer service alignmentLead A/B testing, CRO initiatives, and UX improvementsMonitor industry trends and competitor activityManage relationships with external agencies, developers, and digital partnersAbout YouThey are looking for a commercially minded digital expert who knows how to turn insight into action and strategy into results.
