This Learning Support Assistant (LSA) role in Reading offers the perfect opportunity to build a foundation in Mental Health and SEN education, ideal for those aspiring to work in Criminal Justice, Youth Justice, or Social Justice. About the Role: This is a chance to connect with and support students aged 4-18 in an Alternative Provision and Specialist SEN school. Many of the students face challenges such as ADHD, ADD, extreme anxiety, and complex social needs.
