Pertemps Stoke are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Administrator to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for booking in vehicles, ensuring smooth coordination and timely scheduling. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, with potential for a permanent role after a successful probation period.
 
Key Responsibilities of this administrator role:
  • Coordinating schedules and ensuring timely vehicle availability
  • Managing and updating vehicle records in the system
  • Handling administrative tasks, including filing, emails, and phone calls
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Assisting with any general office administration as needed
Key Skills and Experience required for this administrator role:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (essential)
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in vehicle booking or coordination (preferred, but not essential)
  • A professional and positive attitude
