Pertemps Stoke are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Administrator to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for booking in vehicles, ensuring smooth coordination and timely scheduling. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, with potential for a permanent role after a successful probation period.
Key Responsibilities of this administrator role:
- Coordinating schedules and ensuring timely vehicle availability
- Managing and updating vehicle records in the system
- Handling administrative tasks, including filing, emails, and phone calls
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow
- Assisting with any general office administration as needed
- Previous experience in an administrative role (essential)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in vehicle booking or coordination (preferred, but not essential)
- A professional and positive attitude
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00
- Hourly rate: £11.44
- Temp to perm position
- Free onsite parking
