This is an excellent opportunity to join an established commercial team and oversee the commercial function on projects with values up to £50m across the region. The role would suit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for the next step in their career.The Role..As Commercial Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing the commercial performance of high-value building projects. You will lead and develop a commercial team, drive cost control, and ensure robust financial management throughout the project lifecycle.
