In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to define product priorities, deliver innovative digital solutions, and support the organisation’s broader digital transformation goals. Your work will directly impact a large and diverse customer base across the UK and beyond. What we’re looking for: 5+ years’ experience in digital or customer-facing roles 3+ years in a Product Owner or similar role Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps Experience working with APIs, web platforms, and customer identity management Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility standards, and digital best practices Degree or equivalent experience; product management or Scrum certifications are a bonus Nice to have: Experience with loyalty programmes or customer engagement platforms Exposure to travel apps, B2B portals, SEO, or digital marketing
