They are looking for a commercially aware Account Manager with experience in Direct Mail/Transactional Mail to assist them in delivering this exceptionally high service to its extensive list of blue chip accounts. As Account Manager, your role will be to act as a representative for our client, therefore you must have a professional mannerism and be a confidently effective communicator, to help them build long-term beneficial relationships internally and externally. 1. To respond timely and professionally to all customer requirements, and to work in close partnership with Sales Representatives. 2. To both perform the role and maintain documentation, in accordance with both the Account Management Process and the DM Account Management Process. 3. To Account Manage all types of work that is produced by the company. To provide quotations where necessary. 4. To work closely and effectively with all internal departments. 5. To be available for contact during all factory shift patterns, for any queries or issues that may occur during the manufacture of an order. 6. Undertake to comply with the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and its associated policies. An analytical mind, with great numeracy and literacy skills are also important.
