** Site Manager – North of England (multi-site) ** £325–£375 p/d (Outside IR35) 6 - month contract Heavy Engineering / Mechanical Installations / Infrastructure ProjectsMy client is a respected engineering organisation and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the installation and coordination of works on a major scheme in the North of England.Daily Duties of the Site Manager: Plan, coordinate and supervise daily on-site activitiesEnsure all works are delivered in line with Health & Safety legislation and company proceduresLead daily briefings and maintain clear communication with clients, contractors and internal teamsManage and maintain all site-based H&S files, quality records and regulatory documentationCoordinate deliveries, logistics and the sequencing of installation activities The Ideal Site Manager Will Have: 5–10 years' experience managing construction or heavy engineering sitesStrong knowledge of mechanical installation, steelwork and or heavy plant assemblyAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsHighly organised, proactive and able to work under pressureConfident leadership style with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams Qualifications Required: HNC/HND in an engineering or technical disciplineSMSTSCSCS Black (or equivalent senior site management card)
