Your Role As a Paralegal your day to day remit includes: High volume work within the Real Estate Services team dealing with residential purchases for Housing Associations, Developers and others. Freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals and other estate management work formercial real estate clients licences to assign, lease renewals. Project work large-scale due diligence for refinancing, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, lease reports. Provide all our clients with a high-quality service in accordance with the Firm's procedures. Maintain and improve relations with existing clients and spot opportunities for business development and enhancement of the current services we offer. Achieve the budget and targets set by the Firm. Your Skills and Experience The role would suit an experienced paralegal, legal assistant or legal executive. Strong file management skillsmunication, drafting skills and billing; working with case management systems. Good IT skills, good eye for detail and ability to juggle a busy and varied workload. Excellentmunication skills - high volume of interaction via the telephone; high standards of client service essential. Enthusiastic & team approach to working.
