Site Manager – Fire Safety PackagesLocation: BathDuration: Mid-December 2025 – End of April 2026Start Date: w/c 15th December (Interviews early December)Parking: No onsite parkingYour newpany You’ll be working with a leading contractor delivering a key project in Bath, including additional fire safety enhancement works for a department store refurbishment. This is a high-profile scheme requiring strongpliance and coordination skills. Strong building regulation knowledge is absolutely essential, along with fire safety regulations.Your new role This is not the main Site Manager position, but a dedicated role focused on managing specialist packages related to fire safety enhancements. You will:Oversee subcontractor packages for fire alarms, stoppage works, and electrical works.Ensurepliance with building regulations, fire safety standards, and fire regulations.Coordinate with the main Site Manager and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of works.Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.What you'll need to succeed Background as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager.Strong knowledge of building regulations, fire safety, and firepliance.Experience managing specialist subcontractor packages (fire alarms, electrical works).Excellent organisational andmunication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a larger site team.What you'll get in return Opportunity to work on a significant project with additional fire safety enhancements.The role is anticipated to run until the end of April 2026, with interviews starting early December for a January start.
